2 adjacent bedrooms and a bathroom and separate toilet in a wing of the house. Through a short hallway the B&B section opens into the living area of my house. It is a large house with 2 living areas. Guests are welcome to use the living areas, kitchen and dining area, where breakfast is served. These areas all have beautiful views over the valley. The house is surrounded by a large verandah with vine growing on pergola. The property is fenced and dogs are allowed inside.
Breakfast consists of juice, fruit, cereal, toast and homemade jam or marmalade, eggs, tea or coffee
